
You are what you eat.
Stop eating like a raccoon in a dumpster.
I’m not going to judge. I was the fattest raccoon in the dumpster. The operative word is was.
I am not a vegan, nor will I ever become one. The perfect food? Natural pasture raised chicken eggs. Good luck finding them.
Unless you live in an area where chickens can peck at the ground 365 days a year, the birds will be fed man-made chicken chow. That just ain’t good enough.
And conventional eggs are one of the worst things you can eat. Why?
If YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT- THEN WHAT YOU EAT IS COMPRISED OF WHAT IT ATE.
And virtually all of what we eat is commercially farmed. Commercial = industrial. And profit motive crushes all other motivators. The animals are bred to be bigger and fatter, and to become so on the least expensive amount and Type of “food” possible.
The results? Our food chain is corrupt, tainted, and causing us to be sick.
The picture of the vegetables? Fresh and delicious. And loaded with benefits. The fact is simple. I eat to live, and I want to live well.
I started writing another book today- a book that adds significant punch to my health and lifestyle. A boost in nutrition and antioxidants. Not the lowest carbs possible, but low and nutritious. They are designed to meet my nutritional needs and keep my blood sugar levels in check.
The results are startling, because I didn’t think it possible to feel better than I do. And it behooves me to see how far I can take it.
