Thought is the most important thing you can do. A bulletproof plan will not work if you don’t think about what you are doing.
Specifically, knowing why you are going to consume something makes it much easier.
Not easier to consume, easier to make sure you have what you need, on hand.
Example? Today I have a day off. My wife asked if I want breakfast. SURE. Nobody ever called me late for a meal.
So she is making eggs. I wrote a small ebook on eggs, I will add a link to it soon, so that you can know exactly which eggs are optimal.
Knowing is half the battle. The other half is action. We no longer have conventional butter in our home.
we use only pasture raised cow butter. KERRY GOLD is a locally available brand. My wife will cook the eggs in this butter because it is the only butter we have.
It doesn’t hurt that it tastes great. But she would not buy it. Commercial butter from cows that are raised in a dubious and unnatural way (they dont eat or live as pasture raised cows do) produce milk that is inferior to real milk. The result is an inferior butter.
Thinking about this little fact, means that the butter is better, as are the eggs. INSTEAD OF BREAD- we add things. Today, I asked her to use mixed peppers in mine. There will be cheese, and that cheese will be inferior cheese.
It is impossible for us to source cheese that is made from grass fed cows where I live. It

I add Cholula or Valentina hot sauce to spice it up a bit. It took a while to get used to eating this with a fork instead of putting it on bread, with ketchup.
There are significant differences in quality of ingredients, which, little by little, allow the body to do its job more efficiently.
without ketchup or carbs, this breakfast accomplishes several things.
It allows me to feel full.
It does not spike insulin.
Does not spike blood sugar.
Those are enough reasons to eat this food, this way. The fact that it also tastes great and would be considered off limits by most idiot Dieticians is another reason to dive in.
The real eggs, real butter, real peppers, all have positive cellular health benefits. The added kielbasa and cheese add to the flavor and satisfaction factors, which are the primary factors in sustainability of what some would call “a diet”.
