
Most Keto products will keep you in ketosis.
But far too many will spike your insulin and keep you addicted to the crap you are trying to avoid.
If you are new to low carb and keto, you will find lots of expensive products out there. And some will taste great, others will suck.
They will become habit forming because you will get bored eating tuna, nuts, cheese, etc. You will get bored, eventually. And boredom is bad. But creating a habit out of eating low carb fake baked goods and candies will likely cause you to consume them in excess.
What is the point of excess?
This depends on a lot of different scenarios.
First, we suggest a nutritional ketogenic lifestyle. The people with metabolic damage, cellular damage, need nutrients and antioxidants
These do not come from keto products . They are designed to feed your addiction, not satisfy any nutritional deficiency. A handful of blueberries is a far better carb choice than is a “fat bomb” made by some company that has their products made in some factory, likely in some other country.
The product is designed to be something to replace what you crave. And many of these things fit that bill. But they are loaded with all kinds of chemicals from unknown sources and with unknown long term effects on humans.
