Another day

I ate a whole pizza with extra cheese and a coke zero today.

Tossed away all of the dough- ate the cheese and sauce.

I know this is a bad meal for me. But it was available and I was hungry.

It was the lesser of many evils.

It is not too bad for the blood sugar- there is sugar and basic or simple sugar in the sauce. more than a nominal amount. But a tolerable amount- for me, at this point in my diabetic adventure

The bad? Is the cheese is cheap- commercial cheese- and it is made from bad milk from cows that are producing inferior milk. The cheese and thus the fat is loaded with omega 6’s and is therefore BAD for my arteries.

And that is all i am going to discuss about that- today. Omega 6’s are pro-inflammatory and are vasoconstricting. And they are not good for your cell membranes to be created from. You can look all of that shit up- as well as things like membrane plasticity and figure it out for yourself. Hint- find grass-fed, pasture raised cows- and get cheese made from the milk of these kinds of properly raised cows- and you will the proper cheese to eat asa human being.
