I never thought that I would ever get a number like this without doing massive amounts of exercise.
My first blood glucose finger stick test results were after 24 hours of fasting. Can you guess what the number was?
It was 165 milligrams per deciliter
That is massively hyperglycemic. That what is a deadly number and I had not eaten any food for more than 24 hours. I did not know at the time oh, but that level of blood sugar is called glucose toxicity.
Well-informed endocrinologist believe that every time you have a blood glucose Excursion above 139 oh, that you are in a state of hyperglycemia and glucose toxicity. It isn’t those numbers that you are destroying your beta cells. You are diminishing your capacity be able to any kind of carbs without having to use insulin

As you can see I was just under seven point
As you can see from the chart no, there is no conversion number below 6%. There is no cross reference to the 71 I had today.
This means that the millions upon millions of people that use the Ada or American Diabetes Association 4 information or being told and taught that a type 2 diabetic will never go below 6%
That number 71 on blood sugar meter would strike fear into the hearts of anyone using insulin no, because they are scared that they will go lower due to excess insulin in their blood
I start getting very hard when I get below 80. I used to feel super tired when my blood sugar around 125
The best part is the you get used to this after a week or two.
